Refund and Cancellation
We strive hard to confer the best shopping experience and safe, certified, and effective health supplements to our customers. In case, you are dissatisfied with the product received, you can connect with our customer care representative to initiate a return or cancellation request. We will schedule a reverse pickup and upon close inspection of the product condition and reviewing the reason for cancellation/return, we will either replace your order with a new product or initiate a refund.
You can request for order cancellation by clicking the cancel button in 'MY ORDERS' section of our website. Besides, you can directly call our customer care officer to place a cancellation request.
We will initiate a refund within 10 business days, if found eligible. In case of online payment, the amount will be credited back to the credit/ debit card used during the transaction. For COD orders, we will issue a cheque in favour of the customer.
